These short reports will present current perspectives from conflict resolution practitioners around the globe. They should be solution oriented and serve to critique current practices in conflict resolution. Authors should give an appropriate background to the situation, detail the approach used or proposed, and consider how it addresses conflict and promotes non-violent conflict resolution techniques. Be certain to consider in what way the approach is applicable to a generalized situation.

Field reports may range in size from 900 to 2,500 words total and may be submitted in Spanish.  Keep notes to a minimum.  Double-space the submission throughout, including abstract, block quotes, notes, and references. Articles must include the author’s name, affiliation, and contact information, which will be removed for the anonymous review, and an abstract of 75 words. Please email articles in MSWord, WordPerfect, or basic text format to the Editor at the contact information given below.

Reportes de campo

Estos cortos reportes presentarán las perspectivas actuales de practicantes en el área de resolución de conflictos en el mundo. Los reportes deben de ser orientados hacia resultados y a crítica constructiva respecto a las prácticas existentes. Los autores deberán presentar información de contexto y especificar el enfoque utilizado o propuesto. Adicionalmente, deberán considerar como dicho enfoque promueve el uso de técnicas pacíficas de resolución de conflictos. Será útil que además se considere si dicho enfoque es aplicable en otros contextos y situaciones distintas a las que el autor describe.

Los reportes de campo deberán de ser de 900 a 2,500 palabras en total y pueden ser presentados en español. Por favor mantenga las notas y referencias a un mínimo. Se deberá incluir también el nombre del autor, afiliaciones, información de contacto y un resumen ejecutivo del reporte de 75 palabras.
