Scholarly articles should advance an academic understanding of the field of conflict resolution. Relevant topics include: case analysis of past negotiation and mediation, aspects of cross-cultural mediation, methods for teaching conflict resolution, or a proposed approach for current or future negotiation or mediation for a particular situation. The journal welcomes abstracts of research for a preliminary assesment of interest and topic relevance. Articles may range in size from 6,000 to 9,000 words total, including any notes. An abstract of 150 words is required. Double-space the submission throughout, including abstract, block quotes, notes, and references. Include the author’s name, affiliation, and contact information on a separate title page, which can be removed to ensure an anonymous review. Preferably, notes should be kept to a minimum and must conform to the Chicago Manual of Style 15th ed., humanities style (endnotes only, no bibliography). Appropriately integrate into the text any figures or tables. Because of the extensive amount of time required for consideration, any submission must not have been previously published or currently be under consideration by another publication. Please submit articles to the Editor at the contact information given below. Email submissions are preferred, and must be in MSWord, WordPerfect, or basic text format. Upcoming Issue Themes
